LIFE-SHAKE RECIPES
Here are some delicious recipes that are easy to follow and provide a healthy variety of ingredients including a wide selection of fruits, yogurt, honey, ricotta cheese, fat free cream cheese, oatmeal, granola, almonds and more ! Also please note, if you prefer a thinner blend then add more water. If you prefer a thicker shake, add more ice and enjoy!
- ½ serving of Life-Shake (Vanilla) drink mix
- 1 medium grapefruit, with sections removed, save half the peel in natural form
- 1 tangerine, sectioned
- 1 container low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 fresh mint leaf
Combine Life-Shake with Greek yogurt and honey; fold in grapefruit and tangerine sections. Place into hollowed grapefruit peel. Garnish with fresh mint.
- ½ serving Life-Shake drink mix
- 3 tbsp. fat free cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. low sugar strawberry jam
- ¼ cup diced strawberries
- 1 whole wheat bagel, toasted and cut into fourths
Combine Life-Shake with fat free cream cheese, low sugar jam and fresh berries. Dip toasted bagel sections into fruity cream cheese dip and enjoy.
- ½ serving of Life-Shake drink mix
- ¾ c. fat free ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened coco powder
- ¾ c. raspberries
- a dollop whipping cream
- fresh mint leaf
Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl, chill for 30-40 minutes and server. You can top with a dollop of fat free whipping cream and fresh mint leaf.
- ½ serving of Life-Shake drink mix
- ¾ c. non-fat milk (or light soy milk)
- 1 c. slow cooked oats prepared with water
- ½ c. sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp. honey
Combine Life-Shake with nonfat milk. Pour over slow cooked oats and stir. Top with berries and honey.
- ½ serving of Life-Shake drink mix
- 6 oz. container “light” yogurt
- ½ c. sliced bananas
- ½ c. blueberries
Combine Life-Shake with 1 container of light yogurt, bananas and berries. Serve in bowl or blend in blender.
- ½ serving of Life-Shake drink mix
- ¾ cup fat free cottage cheese
- ¼ cup yogurt
- ¼ cup low fat granola
- 1 pinch slivered almonds
Mix everything together in one bowl top with a dollop of fat free whipping cream.

- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1-2 cups ice
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

- 1 cup fresh or frozen mangos
- 1-2 cups ice
